JForbes Counseling provides telehealth counseling services to adults who are physically located in states where the therapist is licensed at the time of the session.
Licensure is required in the client’s state of physical location, and services cannot be provided to clients who are located outside of licensed jurisdictions during a session.
Telehealth counseling services are available to clients who are physically located in the following states, where the therapist holds active licensure:
• Kansas
• Colorado
• Nebraska
• Tennessee
Clients must be physically located in one of these states at the time of each appointment.
I am registered with the South Carolina Board of Examiners for Professional Counselors to provide telehealth for residents in the State of South Carolina. Telehealth services may be provided to clients who are physically located in South Carolina in accordance with South Carolina telehealth regulations.
