Payment Information

All Clients:

• Payment is due at the time of service.   Credit / Debit Cards are accepted.  Some HSA and FSA cards are accepted as well.   
• Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or you no-show to your appointment, you will be billed directly at the full private pay rate.  

Insurance Clients:

•  Payment for your portion of co-pay or deductible is due at the time of session. 
• Cancellation policy above applies and you are responsible for the fee, as insurance will not cover.
